Avid offers personal care such as assistance with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and ambulation, along with homemaking/companion care covering meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, errands and shopping. Another key Avid offering is respite care, which is the provision of care for a loved one while the usual caregiver, typically a family member, can take a much-needed break.

We offer our clients free in-home assessments, affordable rates and various payment options. Aside from the typical payers such as long-term care insurance or an auto insurer if care is required because of a covered accident, there are other programs available to aid in offsetting the cost of home care. One such program is available to veterans and their surviving spouses. We help you figure out if you qualify for any special programs.
